At Vegan America, we are committed to providing high-quality, cruelty-free products that align with your ethical values. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unused, plant-based products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and seals are intact to qualify for a return.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label from the portal, print it, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized shipping location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
